Acceptable Use Policy
VOXILINKS LLC • Last updated: October 7, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all customers and users of VOXILINKS LLC services. It protects our network, our carrier partners, and the people who receive calls. Violations may lead to immediate suspension or termination under our Terms of Service.
1. Permitted use
Our services are for lawful voice communications within the United States. International traffic is not permitted on our network.
2. Prohibited activities
- Illegal robocalls and spam calls: unsolicited automated or prerecorded calls without the required consent, calls to numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry in violation of law, or any call that breaks the TCPA or Telemarketing Sales Rule.
- Spoofing and fraud: falsifying or manipulating caller ID with intent to defraud, cause harm or wrongly obtain value; impersonating government agencies, banks, utilities or other businesses; scams, phishing or vishing.
- Traffic pumping and artificial inflation: generating calls or minutes to inflate access fees, or other schemes that do not reflect genuine communication.
- Harassment and threats: abusive, threatening, harassing or obscene calls.
- Unlawful content: any communication that violates U.S. federal, state or local law.
- Network abuse: attempts to disrupt, overload, scan, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or those of others; sharing credentials; bypassing security or rate limits.
- Resale without approval: reselling or sub-leasing services without our written agreement.
- Emergency service misuse: placing false or repeated nuisance calls to 911 or other emergency numbers.
3. Caller ID and call authentication
You must only use caller ID numbers that you own or are authorized to use. We support STIR/SHAKEN call authentication and may block or flag traffic that fails validation or appears to be spoofed.
4. Customer obligations
- Obtain and keep proof of consent for any marketing or automated calls, and provide it to us on request.
- Scrub call lists against the National and applicable state Do Not Call lists and honor opt-out requests promptly.
- Keep SIP credentials secure, use IP allow-lists and strong passwords, and promptly report suspected compromise.
- Cooperate with traceback requests from us, the Industry Traceback Group, the FCC, the FTC or law enforcement within the timeframe requested.
5. Monitoring and enforcement
We monitor traffic patterns, such as short-duration calls, high attempt rates, and complaints, to detect abuse. We may block calls, limit capacity, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold payouts or refunds linked to abuse, and report violations to authorities. We may act without prior notice when needed to protect our network or comply with the law. You remain liable for fines, penalties and costs caused by your traffic.
6. Reporting abuse
To report suspected abuse or ask a question about this policy, email sales@voxilinks.net with the numbers, dates and times involved.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP at any time by posting a revised version here. Continued use of the services means you accept the updated policy.
