Do you offer international calling?
No. Our services are available only within the United States.
What is the difference between termination and origination?
Termination is outbound calling: your calls leave your system and are delivered to the destination. Origination is inbound: calls to your DIDs or toll-free numbers are delivered to your system.
Can I keep my existing phone numbers?
In most cases yes. We can port your U.S. local and toll-free numbers to VOXILINKS. Contact us to start the process.
What equipment do I need?
Any SIP-capable system: an IP PBX, softswitch, dialer or contact center platform. We will send connection details after your account is approved.
How do I get pricing?
Rates depend on volume and service type. Send us a request below or email sales@voxilinks.net.
Do you support fax and T.38?
T.38 fax is supported where available. Contact us to confirm the setup for your equipment.
Can I get numbers in a specific area code?
We can search for DIDs by state, city or area code. Availability changes, so ask us and we will check inventory for you.
How are calls billed?
Termination is billed per minute at the agreed rate, and numbers have a monthly fee. Exact terms are confirmed in your quote.
Do you support 911?
Emergency calling is not included unless we confirm it in writing for your account. Please see our Terms of Service.
