Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VoIP services provided by VOXILINKS LLC ("VOXILINKS", "we", "us"), 15854 Joy Rd, Detroit, MI 48228, through voxilinks.net. By creating an account or using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide SIP trunking, call termination, call origination, local DIDs and toll-free numbers (TFNs) for use within the United States. We do not provide international calling or international numbers. Calls to or from destinations outside the USA are not supported.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be a business or individual of legal age with authority to enter into this agreement.
• You must provide accurate company, contact and billing information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including protecting passwords, IP allow-lists and SIP credentials.
• We may require identity or business verification before or after activating service.

3. Fees and payment

• Rates, number fees and any minimums are provided in your order, rate sheet or account portal.
• Services may be prepaid or invoiced as agreed. Invoices are due by the date stated unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Unpaid balances may result in suspension of service. Late amounts may incur reasonable fees where permitted by law.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in writing. You are responsible for applicable taxes and regulatory surcharges, including USF and other fees.

4. Your responsibilities

• You must use the services in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws, including the TCPA, Telemarketing Sales Rule, Truth in Caller ID Act, and STIR/SHAKEN requirements.
• You must provide accurate caller ID and may only use numbers you are authorized to use.
• You are responsible for your own equipment, network, and configuration, and for securing it against unauthorized use and toll fraud.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your calls and for any required consent for calling, recording and monitoring.

5. Numbers (DIDs and TFNs)

Numbers are provided on a rental basis and are not owned by you. Availability is not guaranteed. Number porting is subject to the rules and timelines of other carriers and the FCC. We may reclaim numbers that are unused, unpaid, or used in violation of these Terms.

6. Emergency calling (911)

Unless we expressly confirm in writing that 911 service is provided on your account, our services do not support emergency calling. You are responsible for providing alternative access to emergency services and for informing your users of this limitation.

7. Service quality and availability

We work to provide reliable service, but VoIP depends on the internet and third-party networks. Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance and may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate service immediately, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, created risk of fraud or harm, failed to pay, or if required by law or by our upstream providers. You may cancel by written notice to sales@voxilinks.net; you remain responsible for charges incurred through the cancellation date.

9. Privacy and records

We collect account and call detail information needed to provide, bill and secure the services, and may disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to prevent fraud and abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOXILINKS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us for the affected service in the three (3) months before the claim arose. We are not liable for toll fraud resulting from compromised customer credentials or equipment.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify VOXILINKS against claims, fines, penalties and costs arising from your use of the services, your traffic, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates are effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept them.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
